The Assessments
Most assessments are at least 45 minutes (if not a little longer). When ever you get to this part of the application process, you need to take this time to focus.
Some companies in this situation will either tell you to download some software. Others will just tell you to click a button and the test begin. If you pass, they will move you to the other portion of the assessment.
This can be around 45 to 100 questions, that can ask you things like: are you more like (blank) or are you most like (blank). Or would every steal from a company if you would never get caught?
Section 1 – Usually there are 5 to 10 questions that tells you to repeat back to them what you heard. Section 2 – Then there is a section that will ask you to repeat longer phases back to them. Section 3 – They will ask you questions and tell you to respond the best way you can.
These can be with just your audio or video. It is totally up to the company what they what to do.
